For shipments within Bulgaria, we work with local couriers (Ekont / Speedy). Rates are defined by their pricing policies.
For international shipments, BETON sends registered post with Bulgarian Posts. Rates and delivery times are defined by the zone (Europe or beyond) and weight of the package. Delivery rates may vary from 2.5 EUR to 10 EUR.
Your order will be sent via registered mail within 2 working days of purchase. In case of force majeure, you will be notified of an alternative date of delivery. Orders are carefully packed to avoid transport damage and may be tracked via Bulgarian Posts .
BETON accepts bak transfers, card payments via a secure third party encrypted channel. For local purchases, customers may choose to pay upon delivery via the local courier's payment system.
