Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

You may return an item with 14 calendar days of delivery, given:

• Your item is unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• The item is in the original packaging.
• You provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
• Your item was regular and not sale.

Exchanges & Repairs

We replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery and/or your item fell apart due to faulty production. If you need to exchange it for the same item, reach out to mariaivanofff@gmail.com and send your item to: 8, K. Starkelov str.4th floor, apt.10. You must inspect goods delivered upon receipt. You are deemed to have accepted goods delivered unless written notice of rejection specifying the reasons for rejection is received by us within 14 calendar days after delivery of the goods.
